WEST VALLEY, Wash. -- See smoke in West Valley? Don't panic! The West Valley Fire Department is doing a controlled burn at 8502 Zier Road today, March 18th.
According to Suncomm 911 Communications in Yakima, there may be smoke in the air, and they are aware of the controlled burn.
They want to remind residents that if they see smoke that is not part of the burn, though, to call 9-1-1 as soon as possible.
